Should have bought it sooner!
Works great, super sturdy. Just wish I had bought this earlier before wasting money on less expensive ones that didn't work as well!

Avoid this Shredder at all cost!
A word of advice, I thought I was getting a top dollar shredder but ended up getting one that is complete JUNK! Well lets see, where do I start at...1. The 90-Sheet Automatic feeder that pulls in the sheets supposedly one by one will end up take WAY more than just one paper to shred at a time and ends up causing a paper jam. 😒😒😒😒😒2. When trying to clear that paper jam where the paper gets pulled in at will end up being extremely difficult to dislodge and remove! 😑😑😑😑😑😠😠😠😠😠 Bonsaii you need to make some sort of release latch or something to make it easier to remove the paper jams in the part where it you put the 90 sheets at.3. I even tried placing HALF of 90 sheets in the Auto Feeder and still it... Yep you guessed it, IT PULLS MORE THAN ONE SHEET AN CREATES PAPER JAMS!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬A word of advise, just avoid this one at all, worst shredder I have ever had to deal with.An Lastly, when this thing reverses, OMG IT'S LOUD!I'm Sending this thing back!

It's holding up
When I first got it it would not shred one piece of paper did not work called the company called Amazon nothing got frustrated and kicked it and it start working so I kept it and it's been working ever since. 😂😂

POS !!!! Continuous paper jams..20 papers at most Zero stars
This shredder is terrible! First one didn't work, and the replacement barely works! Paper is always jamming, or I have to push papers to catch on auto feed. If I had the original shipping box, I would send it back!! Keep packing material for at least a week, to make sure product works. Would give no stars if I could.

Not as good as I hoped
Bought this back in May of 2022 and as of June 2023 it has a mind of its own. It will not longer auto feed. Which is the main reason for purchase. And when you place pages in the manual slot it will sometimes take it and then stop in the middle of the page and spit it back out. When you try to put it back in it acts as if there isn't anything to shred. So I'm going to have to buy another shredder.
