The balm removes makeup very well, it makes my night routine so much quicker. I definitely recommend :)

Formula is off and have been refused an exchange or refund
Awful consistency. Smells weird and does not form a milky emulsion like all other items I have used if this product. Stays oily and greasy on the skin. Asked for a refund/ exchange but Amazon refused.Dreadful
