No but you can cut off any excess.

Q: my old garmin s20 says Torx T6 screwdrivers are required. Is that what is in this package?

The screwdrivers in the package opened the screws of the Garmin S20 that I have. Both are required to be used together to unscrew each of the screws.

Q: How to get old band off? The tools that came with the new band don't seem to work.

Exactly the same issue. The old band is really screwed on tightly. After I starred at it for an hour, I got ruthless and cut the old band off with an xacto knife, then used side cutters to cut the pin in half. At that point, you are starting cleanly. I installed the new band and the tools seemed to work very well. Its been a few month now and I haven't seen any movement in the new pin. I am happy with the new band, it seems softer.

Q: Does it fit the old vivoactive?

I purchased the item as a replacement for someone else whose band had broken on the Garmin Approach. He says it works fine, but I am not familiar with "the old vivoactive" product mentioned in the question.
