Q: The picture with the Amazon logo says 20 pieces, but the description says 30. Which is correct?

I believe it was 30 pieces. My daughter had them all out before I walked in the door, but I ordered a 15 piece set also and she has 45 in her box.

Q: Are they different sizes?

Yes. They are all fairly small, but none are tiny. The kids really like them and they have a great soft feel...not hard paint.

Q: will it come with at least 1 jumbo or are they all small?

They are various sizes not too small (most of them are like keychain size) a few pieces are larger
