Good customer service
The product was very beautiful, but unfortunately it was damaged when it arrived. I rang it a couple of times to test it out and then the lever stopped moving and wouldn’t ring anymore. I’m giving 4 stars because I requested a refund and the seller refunded me within the same day of my request. Their prompt response to my request for a refund was a small perk to the disappointment I felt when the bell didn’t work.

The bell is very nice loud and bigger than a regular size bike bell. Very impressed!

Beautiful but really heavy and large.
It is absolutely gorgeous but it is too big and too heavy for my needs. The art work is lovely but I had to return it because the thing weighs about half a pound.

Broke 2 days after we put it on
It's junk. Put it on my bicycle and it stopped working 2 days later. Some kind of long metal pc flung out of it. JUNK! Don't buy!

Very large
I bought this bell for my daughter's bike. She loved the colors and the design is super cute, but the bell itself is really big. Like shockingly big. It's also quite heavy for a bike bell. We were going to install it anyway, but it turned out that the metal bracket doesn't fit around the handlebars on her mountain bike. Unfortunately, the return window on our purchase had passed by the time we realized it so now the bell just sits in our garage unused. :(
