DEWALT 20V MAX* Starter Kit with POWERSTACK Compact Battery and Charger (DCBP034C)

Im a Milwaukee guy but I needed this for my Dewalt caulking gun (there's a story here but no time to tell it). Its a cute little battery and honestly I'm not mad at it. Wish someone else could make a battery this compact. Haven't run it yet but im sure it will do the job. Comes with a basic charger but I got it for around $70 to my door step on here which is leaps and bounds cheaper than the depot or the blue place. Im happy with my little battery.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT ----------- BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED - MEANING : the BATTERY DID NOT WORK. It would not CHARGE. BUT THE RETURN PROCESS WAS SO SIMPLE and EASY THAT I WANTED TO WRITE AND LET EVERYONE and ANYONE KNOW - RETURNING an ITEM is NOT a HASSLE or a PAIN. AND YES - I will continue to BUY thru AMAZON - and I INTEND to order the BATTERY AGAIN. THANK YOU - PICKY-RICKY

This Dewalt compressor is an incredible product. I would recommend it to all who need a small compressor for emergencies or home use. The particular compressor I received is running a bit noisier and higher level of vibration than one I used that a friend loaned me. I do not know why this is but in any case, it works well so I will live with it.

Good price and these batteries have some good power. They are also slimmer than the standard batteries

Charger is very lightweight and compact. The battery snaps in the charger very well and does not take long to charge it back up. This came with the Powerstack battery which is under 2 amps. After watching a youtube video comparing the standard DeWalt 2 amp battery to the Powerstack 1.7 amp, the Powerstack actually performed longer and with more kick than the 2amp. Honestly, I am only using this product along with one of the DeWalt flashlights in preparation for hurricanes this summer, and plan on adding more types of work lights to survive the storms. However, a sibling owns plenty of DeWalts and says they out-perform other well known name brands, leading me to purchase this brand. Get the flashlight if you can - it is the brightest and longest beam I have ever seen on a flashlight!!

I am very partial to cordless tools. It's a lot easier to carry out projects when you don't have to find an outlet and an extension cord. The one drawback I've found is that it seems that once you buy a particular brand of power tool, you are committed to that brand. Every manufacturer uses different physical connections and chargers. It's possible to find third party batteries, but you still have to make sure they will physically connect with your tools. You'll also need to make sure you have chargers that will work with whatever batteries you have. I got this particular battery for use with a cordless soldering iron. It's compact enough and lightweight enough that it doesn't make the iron too unwieldy to use comfortably. It's a tradeoff. A bigger battery may be able to hold a working charge longer, but it's also going to be heavier. So far, this one seems to provide a reasonable performance for the price.

Apenas ayer use la batería la dejé cargando como indica. Pero se descarga el en menos de un minuto bien no sirve la batería o el cargador ..ponen muchos peros para realizar la devolución. Lógico esperan a que se termine el tiempo de devolución .. no recomiendo la comprar ya en dos ocasiones me pasó comprar en esta aplicación...es mucho problemas para aplicar la garantía... Unas llantas y ahora esto.. Amazon debería aplicar sanciones para este tipo de ventas

Great battery. Bought as an additional power supply for my Dewalt tools. Huge capacity.

DEWALT 20V MAX* Starter Kit with POWERSTACK, works good as Reg batteries. First off it is lot lighter than reg battery. Holds full charge longer when using it before starting to fall off. But once under two bars it falls faster than the reg batts. So, with little more power on hand and hold the power better then reg batts on the top end but under the one bar drops faster the reg batts. 1.7Ah should be fun to see the next size up from the 1.7Ah and power put out.

Love the new lower stacks, i feel like they are slighly stronger.

Doesn’t last as regular battery. Good for backup.
