CursiveLogic Handwriting Workbook

I love how this curriculum teaches cursive by letter stroke rather than in order of the alphabet. The student will start connecting letters from the first lesson. The spiral binding is another huge plus for this curriculum.

I learned cursive waaaaay back in grade school, and over the years, I've gotten sloppy. Wanted a book to give me all the basics and correct lettering, and this was perfect!

I am a homeschooling mother of six children. In seventeen years of homeschooling, I have used several different cursive writing programs, but nothing as simple and quick as CursiveLogic.CursiveLogic makes learning cursive easy. Letters are grouped into four starting strokes. Learn those four strokes, and you can write all of the lowercase letters. An easy chant makes it simple to remember the strokes. Linking letters is taught from the beginning, and there are laminated pages for extra practice.CursiveLogic works well with younger students new to cursive writing and with older, remedial students. I will even say it's fun to use. My students made such quick progress, that they enjoyed cursive lessons.I wish CursiveLogic had been around when I first started homeschooling. It makes teaching cursive so much easier.

This book is excellent. My friend's daughter fought learning cursive in homeschooling for a year. After one sitting with this book she was able to write in cursive. The alphabet is simplified into just four shapes and once the student learns the four shapes, she can make all the letters. The letters are grouped by shape and made into a single stroke, so the kids are connecting letters from the gitgo, not learning each capital then small, then finally learning to connect them. This is so so so much easier than the way we learned it back in school tracing hundreds of boring sheets. Give this one a try if your kid has been struggling with cursive!

This workbook is everything you need to teach your child or class cursive! With great success, I have used Cursive Logic at home with my 7 year old daughter and have also used it to teach cursive to a homeschooling group of students ages 6-9. I like how quickly students can begin writing words in this book. The catch phrases that the student speaks while forming each of the four groups of lowercase letters helps the student to both understand and remember how to form each letter. I can't recommend this curriculum enough!
