Zucchini-licious!!!!
Great little item. Got them as gifts for my sister for Christmas. The day after they arrived, I went to my one sisters house and lo and behold, she had just bought one for herself. It worked great so I kept one for myself. Spaghetti zucchini is the best. Sauteed in olive oil with garlic and chopped shallots. WOW!

The posistion of the blades are unsafe and it does not cut the vegtables in long strands as advertized.

good to use for a pasta substitute
I use this to spiral zucchini and squash as a spaghetti pasta substitute. It works great till you get to the end of the vegetable because it can't go down that far into the spiral. It does come with a guard to protect your hand/fingers but it still doesn't go down far enough to spiral the entire vegetable. But I still use it on occasion.

These noodles precut in the stores are expected. You can grow zucchini in your garden easily and this works extremely well. I really enjoy the zucchini noodles with spaghetti sauce. Makes pasta nutritious and carbs free.
