It actually helps with breathing. But make sure u don't faint. Breathing thru this will put pressure on lungs. Use wisely read the pros and cons before using it. Keep it well maintained with warm water wash

Misleading advertisement
This product doesn't have any carrying case, it's misleading advertisement. I even exchange the product once , but still there isn't any case,
