Can someone please explain why cow penis is so expensive? It's not like it's a "featured item" at the meat counter!

The bull penis industry is very similar to the diamond cartel (oops, I meant to type "industry". What's done is done). I'm sure you have heard of the diamond company DeBeers who buy up the majority of the world's diamonds, lock them in a vault and only release a small number in order to artificially make diamonds appear to be rare, which drives up the prices. Similarly, a company named DeBalls has purchased the worldwide stock of bull penises (or is it penii?) and locked them up to keep them out of our hands and out of our pups' mouths. I am personally on a quest to push the use of ostrich penis as an alternative because those birds are seriously meaty and hung. Sadly, I continue to hit snags in my journey, the latest of which is the fact that feathers are not readily digested by a dog's stomach acid. It is widely known that you can tickle their ass with a feather, but less known is that you better keep it far, far away from their esophagus.

Do these have a strong smell?

Gack! YES, these smell terrible out of the package, on my puppy's breath after he's been chewing them, from across the room, you name it. I won't be buying them again.

How much does the 25 and 75 pack weigh?

The most recent bag of 30 bully sticks was 654g (1.4 pounds) and the previous bag was 872g (1.9 pounds). I sent them a note, but have not heard back. My obvious concern is the declining weight as they become more successful.

We have a small rescue dog, about 14 lbs, so is this something chewy it can she eat it?

I have three dogs: a female Husky (about 45 lb), a fan-tailed spaniel (mixed breed, about 35 lb), and a tiny Pomeranian (maybe 10lbs after drinking lots of water!). They all love these! The larger dogs finish them in about 30 minutes; the Pomeranian finishes hers over several days.

Great for my dog

My dog absolutely loves these, and it helps cause when I go to bed, I put him in bed and have him chew on one and then he goes to sleep too. Plus, it’s better on their teeth.

Our dogs LOVE these but the smell is horrible! If it wasn't for the smell, I would give 5 stars. Next time, I give them to the dogs, I'm making sure they stay on the floor so they can still be supervised but not the couch.

Worst Smell Ever

I’ve been buying bully sticks for years. I selected this brand because thedescription said odor free. Unfortunately, these are the worst smelling bully sticks that I ever purchased. They stink up my entire room and give my dog awful bad breath. I would return them but I threw away the bag.

Very smelly and small

The price was ok, but the smell is awful and they are definitely 6 inches long, few were more like 3. I wouldn’t recommend. With the smell being so awful, makes you wonder the quality of the product. My dog though loves stinky chews and was pretty happy to get one when I opened the bag.
