Impressed
Surprisingly good sound quality for this type of headset. Nice design. Very comfortable. Easy to use. A significant improvement on the previous version (also good) in every way.

Defective - microphone does not work
Unfortunately, my device was defective and the microphone does not work (tested on multiple devices). Looking online - this is a common fault. This is a shame - as otherwise, the device looks good and fits well.

Would be good but the Boom mic breaks
After much thought as to whether to buy these because of the price, I decided that they'd be worth it. I had a pair of the previous Jabra Evolve 75's which I pretty much used to death over the whole pandemic for hours per day.I decided to try amazon's used option as I saw them up for around £170 which seemed like a decent discount and it said they'd be functional.I received them and charged them up, saw there was a software update so completed that and eagerly tested them.It too about 2 mins before I tested the boom mic and to much disappointment found it to not be working. I then googled this and saw that it seems like a common issue with this model, and Jabra have a design flaw with the flimsy mic, especially considering one of their features involves using the mic's position to control mute which encourages users to regularly move the Mic up and down. Now I have to deal with the returns process which is a pain as if someone had taken 5 minutes to test these they would have known they were damaged. Also from the packaging it appears that I am not the first person to receive them used as I can see where another person like me has likely suffered the same pain as there is the remnants of another Amazon wherehouse sticker. Not what you want from supposedly the best of the best in terms of business headphones. Currently not sure whether to try a brand new pair as I will get the 2 year warranty, or just not bother and try something else.Disappointed.

Mic faded in and out
Seems to be a common problem if you read on Reddit. The mic just randomly fades out. Most of the time it is fine, and sound audio is always fine (in fact very good quality). But it terms of reliability for business calls it is nowhere near good enough.Support are very unhelpful. They blame interference from other devices. But it happens in different places with different things around me. Plus if it was enough device it does explain why audio is always fine.

Great but big
These are great, only issue is they are big, we are talking serious ear buns!

Not very clear on the other end
I bought these for work, so I wasn't "tied" to my desk. I can hear the customer quite clearly, but they are constantly telling me that they can't hear me and that it is a very bad line and very crackly. They also feel a bit tight if you have them on for too long.

Great headset but foldable MIC is flawed
Great headset let down by built-in MIC fault that both Evolve2 65 Flex and Evolve2 75 users have reported. I had it for a few days and when using it with Teams, people complain about not being able to hear me. It happens randomly. I'm a long-standing Jabra customer and never had this issue on previous models.Tried firmware updates but the problem persisted and this issue seems to be common across the board for all models with collapsable MIC.Jabra, you really need to fix this. Returned my Jabra Evolve2 75 :-(
