I used this shampoo and conditioner years ago when it was sold in a local store and they eventually stopped selling it. I was so excited to see this was still being made. I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. It makes your hair so soft and so clean. I really feel my scalp is detoxed using this set. The cooling effect from the tea tree is very refreshing. I personally love the smell of tea tree, so I think this smells great. It isn't too overwhelming though. Getting the set is a good deal and very convenient. I get a very itchy scalp in the winter and this takes complete care of it. Now that I know I can find it again, I will continue to use it as long as it's still around. I would definitely recommend this shampoo and conditioner set!

I love the smell, it was clean and light but once you start washing your hair you feel the cool sensation of the Peppermint on your scalp. The conditioner left my hair soft. They both have Rosemary & Eucalyptus as well as other Botanical oils. I loved the end result of washing my hair with this product. I will definately be using as part of my hair care rotation.

I purchased after using sample sizes at a hotel. While the scent is awesome, I didn't feel that it really did anything to my hair to want to keep buying it after this.

My daughter actually discovered this shampoo and conditioner and I just recently spent three weeks with her in Phoenix where she lives. I used her shampoo and conditioner while I was there and quickly liked the results. My scalp felt clean and moisturized. My hair looked nice and shiney and I noticed I did not loose as much hair as I normally do with my other shampoo. The difference was significant and it makes sense to me that there were probably too many chemicals in my shampoo. I am super sensitive to alot of things. I never thought about shampoo. It must make a difference for people who are sensitive. I was really suprised my order came in two days. That was awesome. I recommend this duo for anyone a dry scalp or anyone that seems to be losing more hair than they would like after they wash their hair. Drop all the chemicals and switch to this refreshing brand. So so wonderful. My hair is so much healthier in less than a month.

My absolute fave. Have been using for years. Anytime I try out a new product because of boredom, I'm dissatisfied and come right back to Giovanni. The shampoo doesn't strip. The conditioner really does it job. I'm able to detangle easily with it in my hair as well. Always leaves my hair feeling super soft and healthy. I have recently started bleaching and dying my hair, and my hair still looks and feels healthy. I cant help but think its because of this product. I am black with multi textured, natural hair, if that helps anyone wondering if it works for our hair type.

I like the tingly feeling and the smoothness that results with continuous use. You have to use it a good 2 weeks to really see and feel the results. It doesn't lather a lot which I'm not sure if it's good or bad. I do however recommended it to help with lice. My niece brought lice home from school and I was complete disgusted and annoyed by those blood-sucking parasites. After doing a thorough comb through my thick long hair, I continued to shampoo and condition everyday and it seemed to help specially because of the tea tree extract. I did not use over the counter lice treatment but rather home remedies. I didn't have to wait a week and do a second comb through.

I tried this product's conditioner first, because I liked the idea of a "tingly" conditioner to sit in my hair for a bit in the shower. Lived up to the promise, tingles nicely and conditions my hair. Nothing extraordinary outside of that. Got the set as a birthday gift and was pleased with the shampoo as well. Also tingles nicely and cleans my hair. The best part about the shampoo though, is that since it's a cleansing soap, you can use it elsewhere. Makes a great, refreshing face wash and leaves a very nice, cool & clean sensation when used on more intimate areas. ;)

I have 4b hair as a black woman and this is the perfect combo for my hair especially when I am stretching for 12 weeks from a relaxer.

Makes my hair soft and silky rather than making it dry like other shampoos

I am super happy to have found a shampoo and conditioning formula that washes clean out of my dreadlock. This leaves my scalp feeling clean and healthy, it has a good PH balance, and smells wonderful. This will be the only thing I use going forward.
