Q: What are the dimensions of the tray?

You can see the dimensions on one of the pics for the item: 6x5x2 kinda sorta. That's too small for us.

Q: How much does this product weigh?

It’s very lightweight, I believe less than 2 pounds.

Q: I attached the two poles to the third but can't place the end of the pole into the scooper. the pole seems too tight to fit. Can I get some guidance?

ASSEMBLY ISSUE ANSWERED!! At the bottom of each pole, it is either fat or skinny. Most are skinny (indented at the bottom) so they fit into other pieces. The 2 fat ended poles with a red cap (same width all the way down the pole) go into the rake and the shovel. If you put a skinny one into the rake or shovel, you will have a fat pole that won’t assemble into the other pieces. This is not clear in the instructions, so I figured this out by trying every single piece and rubbing my fingers raw. But finally noticed that small detail that is THE answer. The rake is hard to get the fat piece into, but it will go into it.

Q: Is the rake sturdy enough to withstand scooping in rocks?

The rake is sturdy! Small rocks would be ok!
