Charger and device defective. Charger does not fit well. Had to use another charger. Then light on product won’t go off. Then product would not turn on despite light being on.

This thing is amazing. I have had this one for several months, and I have zero complaints. It is extremely powerful and can be dialed in just where you like it. Also you will notice that because of the way it’s shaped it’s very optimal when you have a partner. I have purchased these types of rings that are literally four times more expensive, trust me this one performs better in my opinion. The one that I paid four times as much for sits in the bottom of my drawer. I have already wasted the money for you, so don’t go out and buy one that’s more expensive. Do yourself a favor especially if you have a partner and go get you one. Don’t get me wrong though you don’t have to have a partner. Also, the battery life is outstanding. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this, but hey everybody’s different . Customer service is also top-notch with this company. A++++

I was skeptical but definitely not disappointed. Very satisfying for myself and my wife. Has several settings. The only downside is it's a little bulky. Overall a great buy.

Received a replacement for the defective device I originally received.Customer service in replacing the device was acceptable and the time to receive it was good.The now functioning device works well. Powerful and only really noisy when turned all the way up. Few small Issues with connecting to the app that make it awkward but otherwise overall not bad.Have not been able to utilize the apple watch app, connection to the watch always fails, though to the phone it is fine. Would be awesome if the watch app worked via the phone instead of needing its own direct connection.

This product was advertised as “strong”? When I tried it out it was much weaker than the one I’d used before! I’d had the older version for about a year and was very ‘satisfied’, so I bought another when the rubber it had finally began to pull apart. I guess the 3rd time is NOT a charm when it comes to sex toys?

Works great but don't make the mistake i did. Sounds obvious but remember that you need tu apply some lubricant on your joystick first.The ring is wide enough for average penis size. But beware if your girth is wider than average.

As another reviewer has said, the hole is too small for a normal or larger size man. But the most disappointing thing is that there is no refund or return policy. Don’t buy the stuff that has a “one hole fits all” philosophy. You will be disappointed every time.

While having good features on the app, with good charging time and good battery life. It was too small for my size and cut off blood flow, making it very uncomfortable after a short time and making it difficult to remove.Good product, not for those who are thicker then average.

Nada más comprarlo, lo puse a cargar porque no encendía. Cuando cargó toda una noche, como se recomendaba en las instrucciones se pudo encender una vez, solo para ver si funcionaba, pero conforme lo apagué ya no hubo manera de volver a encenderlo. He probado a cargarlo y demás pero no muestra ni señales de estar cargando (no se enciende la luz) y además me niegan una devolución cuando ni he podido usar el juguete.
