I just looked at my Omnicharge 20, you can output up to 25 volts, in 0.1 increments, from the direct manual DC output. As long as you have a DC to USB-C cable you should be good.

Q: What is the difference between the bundle and no bundle besides 50 bucks?

I bought the bundle but only use two of the cables the mag safe charger for apple computers before they went to usb c and the other cord I use is the usb charging cable. I do use those a lot though. also if u are charging it with the usb charger it takes a eternity to charge the battery pack. much faster to use the wall plug in. I have no idea what any of the other cables or little adapters are even for.
