Q: Is created in the usa the same as made in the usa?

I really can't answer this, but it's an interesting question. To me, it sounds like the use of the term "created" could be a sneaky way of avoiding an admission that it was made in China. It could mean that the recipe was developed in the USA, but the actual manufacture is in China??? Again, I don't know. If I'm wrong, someone please let me know.

Q: Is the bone in the treats finely ground and not sharp shards of bone?

Hi! We do not grind the bone to a powder, but rather use a 3/16" grind plate. This means the bones can appear up to about 1/4" in size or so. Of course, most are smaller than this.
