My levels were at 195 unil i began supplementing on two of these 1mg a day. Levels went up to 880! So happy to know i can trust thess pills. Will be going down to one 1mg a day

No taste, does what it is supposed to do. (Vegetarian here & my levels were low, taking on Dr orders!) It’s on auto delivery and it was sent late so I had to go without it for a couple days
