Great tasting water without having to install anything.
So the first one arrived broken due to shipping I'm assuming. I used Amazon's return process which is always been excellent in my experience and received the replacement. So the replacement came in early August of 2022. And it's now February 2023. I've just replaced the filters on it which I got about 6 months almost exactly. Filter replacement was easy very happy with my purchase of the filtration system itself. I used to spend a ton of money on bottled water for the past I don't know probably 5 years or so maybe more. The quality of the water coming out of this system is excellent. I'd say it's even better than bottled water.. at least the bottled water that most people buy from Walmart or Publix or something like that. The only downside is that I haven't found a way to recycle these old filters and I feel very guilty about throwing these things away. Overall I'd say I'm definitely you know saving money in the long run. And I feel better about not drinking water from a plastic bottle even though this whole unit is pretty much plastic it just tastes better, in my opinion.I live in Florida and and I'm on well water. I I rent and I wish I could use a filter on all of the water coming out of all the faucets. The water has a high sulfur smell coming out of the faucet coming out of the shower head which I try not to think about. This was a solution for me so at least what I'm taking internally for the most part is filtered. This is the best solution since I wasn't going to invest in and installed filtration system since this isn't my house. I could ask the landlords to filter the water at source but I don't think that's going to fly. I'm running off the same well as them and for whatever reason the filtration works for them and not for me so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the filtration system or where the pipe comes off to my house or whatever but it's not happening so this is a great solution that I can feel confident that I'm getting clean water. Well since I'm on my own well I don't pay for water I just paid for the electricity to run the pump. It's already included in my rent and I'm definitely getting a deal that way.Of course, as you know your mileage may vary. If you know there's a lot of particulates contaminants in your water the filters may not last. That's not really the product's fault. I'd say there are probably bigger issues there and if you're on City water or maybe you should go to the city and see what's up. Anyway five stars! Especially if you're renting this is a great way to get clean water and stop spending money on bottled water and get better taste!UPDATE: It's May 2025 and it's still going strong at almost 3 years old! Filter replacement for me is about 6 months, sometimes 9 months if I don't use it as much. I've since found a shower filter so the only time I'm using direct, unfiltered well water is when I brush my teeth (I don't swallow it) washing my hands, and washing dishes (unfortunately no dishwasher). Great product.

Easy to install just plug and start enjoying better tasting, odorless and healthier water
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this RO countertop water filtration and has worked perfectly. It cleaned the tap water from 385 to 4 ppm. The ph remained the same at 6 ph, so I did not need an extra mineral filter even though 7 to 8 is perfect. I just add electrolyte drops to the filtered water if needed.Best part is that no need any installation, just plug and play, this countertop 4 stage water filtration system is excellent, we have this one at a vacation house we have, the water tastes really bad and we have to buy lots of water bottles, now we just using this one and you can taste the difference even our coffee tastes great.I love that the filtering system comes with the water dispenser faucet and the placement for your cup, you choose the amount of water you want to be dispensed, filters needed to be changed the composite filter every 3-6 months and the RO every 6-12 months. Great system for people that rents their house, for people with vacation houses or anyone that doesn’t want to install one under the cabinet. Highly recommended.

Returned after 3 weeks, malfunctioned
The initial impression was very good as it was easy to operate and the water haddock excellent flavor. At the 3 week mark all the display lights began to flash in unison. Unplugging it to reset it didn’t work and it only dispensed a small amount of water which tasted off. Technical support was unreachable. I had 5 days to return it, so that’s what I ended up doing. Bought a competitor’s product.Update: the company contacted me and replaced the unit for free within a few days. The new one works well but shutters a bit. This oscillation may or may not effect the lifespan, time will tell. But the water tastes great and I love the design because I put my water bottle under the tap, fill and go!Update #2 the new unit stopped working as I expected. Whether it was due to the excessive shaking I don’t really know. But they are to be commended for their efforts in providing the second filter.I bought one from a different company and hopefully I have better luck.

Perfect...except for one thing
(see my edit at the end, Simpure has great customer service!) I've had this filter for over 2 years now & it still works great. The only thing that keeps it from being 5-star perfect is the buttons. I REALLY wish it just had regular push buttons to make it function. The "touch screen" style button are so unbelievably aggravating at times. I have to touch the button 10, 20, 30 times until I'm ready to punch a hole in it. It's like it doesn't register that you're touching it. I deal with it because it works great other than that (and it doesn't do this all the time). It's lasted over 2 years, the water tastes great, I spend about $100 a year on filters. It's worth it to not drink my nasty tap water or waste tons of plastic on disposable water bottles. (EDIT 8/30/24: it stopped filtering and wasn't even registering there was water in the tank. I emailed Simpure via their website for advice. They emailed me back SUPER fast with some suggestions on things to try. I was able to do a quick fix and get it working again for now. They also sent me a link so I can just buy a new tank ($45) instead of a whole new machine if it has any more problems. They were super helpful! Glad I didn't just throw it away when it stopped working.)
