I don’t know much about leather, whether it’s vegetable-tanned or chrome-tanned, but the only thing that mattered to me was that it didn’t come in a darker or lighter color than what was listed on the website. It worked well for my knife sheaths, and for the price, I’ll be ordering more often.

I'm sure this is synthetic. It smells like chemicals, feels off, and shows manufacturing patterns on the back. I will be returning this item.
