Unfortunately, no “fun” swirling. The individual letters/symbols have a straight pass-through.

Q: how do you keep them clean and without mold?

Washer and sanitize them. Sanitizer, 1 part bleach to 10 parts water.

Q: What are they made out of? is it plastic? bpa free?

The Spelly straws are made of food-grade BPA free plastic.
