I am absolutely loving using this monitor (I have the single-camera one). The setup was super easy; I didn't have to mount the camera to the wall as it just sits on top of the dresser, and all I had to do was plug in the camera and monitor and voilà. No need to connect anything to wifi either. The nighttime vision is really excellent too; I have no trouble making out where my son is in his bed or what position he's in. I can easily see whether his eyes are open or closed.The battery life on the monitor is great too. The video turns off automatically after five minutes. The monitor can be propped up on any surface. I can also use the monitor to swivel the camera up and down or left to right. There is a function that allows me to speak directly to my son through the monitor, though it's not a function that I regularly use.Overall I'm very happy with this monitor and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Where do I start?I really truly loved the app and the cameras, so much that I bought a second with my second baby. Then everything went to crap.-My cameras would disconnect all the time from the app-my second camera would disconnect from the parent monitor mid nap/sleep-my second camera can never be connected to appWhen these issues started I followed the instructions and sent “issue logs” to the company. Nothing was ever responded to or fixed. I troubleshooted the problem and got it to be fixed for a short period and then it would go out again.Once reaching out for a replacement to be sent, I was told it was a hardware issue. I was told I was one week past warranty being valid so my only options were to be sent to the sales team to buy new or pay for it to be shipped to their “issues team” to maybe fix and then pay for it to be shipped back to me.Did the product work at first, yes, was the customer service terrible when things went wrong? Absolutely and for that reason I will never recommend this company.

So far this monitor has met all of our needs! It was really easy to set up, the monitor was easy to figure out and navigate. Because the camera is attached with a magnet, it was easy to mount the camera base and then adjust the camera at the right angle to see down into the crib. Additionally the camera pans, zooms and has night vision which is useful! We can clearly hear the baby fussing or crying through the monitor.

I would not buy this camera again.The day camera quality is fine - not great, not terrible. Night camera quality (which, truth be told, is all I use it for) is mediocre at best. I like that it has the separate screen for my nanny to use at home and an app for me to use while I’m away (it was its main feature I liked).Set up is easy but every time you travel you basically have to delete your profile and make a new one.The app is annoying - I have no need for music of for it to set up a night light. And I certify do not need an add for its subscription crevice popping up every time I open it.The absolute worst, though, and the reason I would never buy this again is the customer service. There is no phone number. There is an email that takes days to hear back from. And a chat on their site that occasionally works. I had an issue with the camera that was never resolved by them.

I got this monitor gifted to me for babyshower and it was amazing. Screen color great. Sound great. Battery life great. Fast forward 7 months and I accidentally drop the monitor on MY CARPET and the whole screen goes black and never turns back on. Bummed that I broke this amazing monitor I ordered the same exact one. So the new monitor arrives and after it took me over 15mins to get the camera to actually connect to the monitor I noticed the whole audio and video was static and messed up. The audio was static and the image was a dark black and white (which wasn't the way it was with the old camera I got from my baby shower). So I try and contact seller but their was no option to do that through amazon with this company. So I had to ask for a replacement and take time out of my day and go return the broken monitor to a UPS store. Fast forward 2 days and I get the replacement monitor. Well, this one won't freaking connect. The camera will not connect to the monitor.I'm so done with this company. The original hubble camera was amazing and I referred it to everyone. Not anymore. I don't know what they did or if they changed their manufacturing or what but this is now 2 cameras within one week and both of them are busted. I'm pissed.

Audio isn’t as good at picking up sounds as my other Hubble models, and the video quality isn’t especially good (not to say it’s lower quality than advertised: I just found myself regretting the choice of this lower resolution model more than I’d anticipated). The viewer unit battery life is disappointing but not terrible. Consistently middle of the pack and priced accordingly is probably the most precise way I can summarize this particular item. On the OTHER hand, though, is the camera base design. The camera itself is held magnetically to the base and doesn’t droop in the magnetic fulcrum as I’d worried would happen. The base itself is awesome due to eschewing the typical screw connector standard amongst most tripods and similar camera mounting gear. Instead you can either mount the base to a wall with a pair od small screws from which it can easily be disconnected or reconnected in a few seconds at any time. OR, my personal favorite feature of the whole setup, the base can magnetically attach to existing metal fixtures with its magnet being much more than strong enough to hang upside down from HVAC vents in the ceiling or even a fraction of its own area worth of metal such as when I used it for days flawlessly held in place with the magnet attached to nothing more than a pair of ordinarily sized screws’ heads in a preexisting bookshelf.
