I recently purchased this straight bar due to my local gym only having one and always being in use for long periods, and I couldn't be more pleased. Right out of the box, the build quality impressed me! It's a nice slick black, feels solid, smooth, and, most importantly, feels durable. The knurled grip is just right, not too rough, not too smooth. Which makes a big difference during longer sets. I've been using it for tricep pushdowns, curls, lat prayers, and more, and it's held up beautifully with no signs of wear. The swivel attachment moves fluidly, allowing for a full range of motion without any annoying jerks. Another thing I'm happy to report on is that, unlike the one straight bar at my gym, this one has no audible squeaking. If you’re looking for a sturdy, no-nonsense bar, this is a great investment as it is used in a lot of general workouts.

The bar is exactly as i imagined it would be! It rolls smoothly and gets the job done
