Very Useful Tool
I needed to replace my present microplane as it was getting dull. This is exactly the same (only in red) so I know it will work great. I use it for cheese, garlic, nutmeg, lemon zest and other things.

Made to last
I had one of these until a piece of the plastic rim around the grate surface broke off. This tool has been heavily used and placed in the dishwasher for years. It held up against all odds, so when it broke I bought another just like it. It is used almost daily

Sticky situation
I still cannot remove the residue of the sticker completely - the sticker telling me the microplane I had bought was, in fact, a microplane.
