These save my life every month. When I happen to be working during my cycle, these help me to not keel over. Great portable option for heat on the tummy to ease cramps. If you have to be on the go, I highly recommend these. I work a full 8hr shift, and these maintain their heat the whole time.

Love these for when I’m cramping! They last 8+ hours! Sticky side tends to fail throughout the day but resticking is fast and easy! I will buy these as long as I have a period. They are perfect size and pretty affordable!

I have bought these countless times because they’re easy to use, help relieve pain, and hold up great to movement whether that’s going to work, running errands or tossing and turning in bed. They’re an absolute game changer for someone who suffers with severe cramps. While I initially only used when having to leave home on the most painful days I found these superior to a traditional corded heating pad or even rice pack while at home. I can get comfy in blankets or move around the house with no cords. The heat is concentrated right where I need it and help stop the pain from radiating to my hips and lower back very much. I have never had one fall out or lose its heat too quickly. Do yourself or a menstruating loved one a favor and buy these!! Ps the larger size of these compared to the tiny heart ones from another brand I see at more local stores is superior. Thermacare ones have fit me well from size 3 to 16. At smaller sizes the adhesive thin parts would commonly wrap around the edge of my panties while at larger sizes it was fully contained on one side of the underwear. Either way the heating portion has been right where I need it and fits comfortably while staying put.

The instructions say not to put it directly on your skin but on your underwear. Now, it does warm up and you do feel it. Is it super hot or even really warm no but it is warm? Yes. It’s helped me with my period so it works decent enough for me.

These have saved my life (metaphorically speaking) on more than one occasion. I get terrible period cramps, to the point of regularly calling off work/cancelling plans because of them. These don't fix everything, but boy do they help a *lot* - a lot of the time it makes the difference between being able to leave my room and not. The size and coverage are good for me, as someone who wears pants size 14. It's easy to apply and stays warm for even longer than the package advertises. As far as coverage, it sits about at the lower abdomen when worn as designed, so it's good for if your cramps tend to localize there. (One of these days, I'm gonna leave the house with one of these *and* a lower-back wrap and something on my upper legs, just to get it all.) I've found that there's a quality to the heat you get from these heat packs that feels better than the heat from an electric heating pad. More solid, or more permeating - something like that. Either way, these make me a lot more comfortable on the crampiest days.

I cannot recommend these enough; they are great for lots of aches. I have had 5 hip surgeries and my most recent surgery left me with a scar precisely as long as one of these patches. On super achy days I will adhere a patch to my pants, lining the patch up with my scar and get some much needed heat to the achy muscles. For cramping: my daughter and I both don’t know how we lived without these. Perfect for the insides trying to claw their way outside cramps; just adhere to pants or panties and get some much needed relief. Also these patches fit great in the small of our backs for those lower back cramps too.

These are great! I have extremely painful periods and heat is the only thing that provides me any relief. These get hot and stay hot for a long time. I wore one for close to 12 hours one day and they heat never diminished. They are nice and big too so they cover a wider surface area than many other brands. Get these, you won’t regret it.

I bought these because I saw the photograph on the front end although I don’t need them for period pain it looked like they would be large enough to help me with my back right or my shoulder blades are. Unfortunately, the picture on the front of this package shows that these go inside of the underwear so how was I to know that you have to wear them outside the underwear? It is false advertisement. I can’t imagine sticking them to a shirt and them staying exactly where they need to be. Don’t be fooled by the picture the directions say do not stick them to your skin so I wouldn’t for the ladies who need them for cramping during their menstrual cycle and who wear snug or fitting panties, these would work, but you have to stick on the outside of your panty, so those panties have to be thinner if you want the heat
