The product works great as described, it delivered energy endurance and the pump throughout the workout session. The only reason 4 stars is because it has red dye #40 wishes the company just use regular caps would have been awesome 5 stars. No complaints though nothing but gain and feel fantastic when workout hard, really worth the money best creatine ever.
