Thanks for your question. We currently have a few lid organizers in development (such as for the wheeled 935) but nothing yet for the 950. It might be a future project.

Q: is the foam easy to reconfigure if you need to add gear?

Hello, yes it is. The entire bottom half foam is perforated. You pick out the areas you want to shap out.

Q: Will this size are hold 3 Profoto lights. 2 D1's and 1 b1 with cords and batteries?
