cloud were asking for money for storage, so I have deleted ALL my photos from my i phone, I am a photographer who has many thousands of photos and use social media a lot, and have 14 facebook groups(I have unlimited photo storage on amazon)THIS HAS STOPPED WORKING AND WILL NOT FORMAT

Software not so easy to use husband struggled

The interface is so poor it’s easier just not to bother with it. It would appear that you can’t save to the device without also saving in the app. So not fit for purpose. And the instructions are shocking.

…then nothing - incredibly difficult to get even that photo to copy across - tried again and it then just shut the app down each time - returned for a refund

It only downloaded a quarter of iPhone photos (400) and won’t download any more, up to 38,000 is the storage capacity apparentlyIt won’t download any videosSaying some items are unable to download but doesn’t indicate which onesIn the end, got a ‘disk corrupted’ messageSo, probably wasted my money because I can’t fix it
