After one time using this vibration plate - on the lowest level, I could feel it working. Having spent the last couple of years recovering from surgeries and seizures that kept me bed bound, I am LOVING this! For research purposes, I have only been using it one time a day, for 15 minutes, on Level 1. The very first time I used it, I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t want to “over” do it, so I stood on the “jogging” stance. It’s been about 2 weeks (started 15 Oct) and I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist, a little more than an inch off of around my belly button, and have even noticed my legs becoming more toned. I have more energy, and feel so much better about myself overall. If you are looking for something to help you get started on exercising, or you just want to strengthen your core, or you’re looking to add to your exercise regime, I HIGHLY recommend this vibration plate! It’s a great starting place if you’re just needing to get off the couch but for whatever reason, can’t commit to hitting the gym, (I get it - I’ve had 6 surgeries in the last 8 years, so my core was nonexistent, and I WANTED to make healthier choices and I WANTED to work on my core but I just didn’t have the energy! This vibration plate changed that! It comes with a remote, Bluetooth connection, two ropes, and there are plenty of different settings to choose from! And while it gives results, it’s not hard on your body. I’ve started doing a couple squats while using it, but again, I’m easing my way into this. I have used this for over two weeks and it is amazing. The ONLY reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that the second time I tried using the resistance band one broke and came flying up at me severed and not fixable. So for that it loses a star, but the plate itself is wonderful. It is large enough so I feel sturdy on it. Great for blood circulation and my restless leg syndrome issues I was having all the time. Plug in, hit a button or two and off you go. Nice and easy. The remote is not hard to navigate and it does work well. Overall great plate and it shakes me pretty good even on the low settings. I am enjoying it.

Great product I haven't lost weight but it makes me feel relaxed and helps with digestion

Great vibration plate. I have noticed a huge difference in lower back pain, knee issues, and I’ve even noticed a difference in my dark circles and the bit of cellulite i carry on my thighs in just over a month of daily use. (I already workout and eat healthy) Really helps wake me up in the morning and helps with digestion and bloating. I do wish the size of the plate was a bit larger but overall I love it!

Smaller than advertised. If you stand in the middle to keep it balanced, the vibration is not felt. You have to either lean to the right pr thw left to get thw benefit of the vibration. Its also loud.

Works well for me on a daily basis. Sometimes, I use it twice a day. It helps knock out my quirks after a long night of sleep. Worth it.
