No Challenge
Thus board balances on its own without anyone even on it. There is no challenge to balance the board as it has a flat spot on the bottom middle to make the board balanced. Waste of money

Better than the one my PT uses!
Well made, appropriate size for larger feet, sturdy, and best of all, the non skid surface is effective without being so rough as to hurt feet with neuropathy.
