Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova 2 - PlayStation 2 (Game)

Been playing the games since the Arcade versions came out. This has training mode to slow the songs and add other things like a clap for hearing the rhythm of the steps. You have to play the Hyper Master Mode to earn songs or play the Game Mode to buy the songs in the shop.

It was perfect, not a scratch or fingerprint on the disk, complete with original case and booklet, at an unbelievable price. This is my favorite of the ps2 games, I'm glad I was able to find it.

Well, basically.. the graphics are good. It's not scratched in the bottom. As if it did, it would've jumped and freeze a lot.. which it does none of that. Overall, it's a good game! It keeps me entertained.

I use the DDR games as a cheap gym, and this game does not disappoint. I am about 16,000 calories into the workout mode, and I still enjoy the game. About half the songs are easy songs (on expert with workout mode, I burn less then 15 calories) but the other half are good songs (about 30 calories all the way to mid 60's) The two things I do not like are 1. Special side game mode. You have to do a side mode, like that Stellar mode in Supernova 1, if you want to unlock songs. If you are good with their puzzles, you will have no trouble, but for me, I was able to unlock a bunch of songs, but then hit a brick wall in difficult challenges. As it stands, I seem to be lacking the 3rd and 4th foot to complete the harder challenges, and as such I am stuck with the songs I have unlocked, and will not get any more. I wish you could unlock songs simply by playing them like we all do. 2. Stupid dancing characters. If you like them, then great, but in this game you cannot pick your character, or turn them off. Instead you are stuck with a randomly chosen character to shake their pixelated booty on the screen for the duration of the song. I can kinda tune them out, but I prefer being able to turn them off, like in DDRE 2 (Which is the best DDR game in my opinion.) In conclusion, the 15,000 calories or so I have burned have more than payed for its $13.00 price tag. If you are looking for another DDR game to add to your rotation, this one will suit your needs. Just grab a 3rd leg for those later challenges. PS: Arrbbiata is an awesome song on here. Workout mode, Standard difficulty, 160 lbs, 54 calories in 1:34. Sweet.

I bought this after a friend had a get together and I saw the DDR for the first time. I loved it and decided to buy it. The price of this product is very fair. The content of the game (songs, workout mode) are excellent. If you want to have fun dancing while losing some pounds, this is the right game!

Got the right game with no scratches! (Was lucky enough to find DDR mats second hand, to not need buy any online.) Game works fine!
