Pure Encapsulation's Vitamin D is a great product that actually absorbs and works. The capsule is small so very easy to swallow. All of Pure Encapsulation's products are excellent.

The Pure brand D3 seems to absorb better than a lot of the other brands I've tried. I don't always get out to get sun (also really pale, so not a great idea to get too much). It seems to help with sleep as long as I get 2000 iu/day.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It delivers exactly what it promises, the quality is great, and it arrived in perfect condition. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable option.

Love this product! I have tried other Vitamin D supplements and that all caused stomach issues for me. These I can even take on an empty stomach and no problems. I have noticed a huge jump in my energy since starting to take 2 of these per day. Great quality product.
