I have received a bad product, caustic soda is not at all mixing with water. It didn't react with water. They have not given the contact number in the invoice or the package. I couldn't connect to the vendor for the discussion.

Received 396 gms. Dont forget to check weight before opening the packet.

The packing of the chemical was very weak. Caustic soda starts melting when it comes in contact with air, so the packing should have been in an air-tight packet.

The sent product did not work for chimney cleaning. Amazon, please don't recommend this product for drain and chimney cleaning. Request Amazon to refund the amount. Since it is used, not able to return the product as well.
