Q: Is this non-comedogenic?

I see Coconut oil in it which on its own is very comedogenic. Its also highly scented, which while it doesn't necessarily clog pores, it will likely irritate facial skin. I would only recommend using this product on body hair.

Q: Can this be used on face ?

I don’t see why not! It’s for shaving and the instructions don’t say you can’t use it on the face. However I don’t know how anyone’s skin reacts to certain things so I would always double check with your dermatologist or your primary care physician before applying any type of product to one’s face/skin. Directions simply state to apply to wet or dry skin and then shave and then it says to rinse or wipe off and it says it is for external use only, and that if irritation occurs to discontinue use.
