I've used this brand Michael's for years they are a great brand that uses quality ingredients. The box comes with 42 individually wrapped portions. There is 4 pills in each portion. You take 1 portion at each meal time. So once at breakfast, once at lunch and once at dinner. That is a total of 16 pills you take each day. They recommend you increase your water intake and eat more fruits and vegetables to get the ultimate affect of the cleanse. I ordered a second one for my fiancé to try. I definitely recommend this conveniently wrapped portions for a cleanse they are easy to take a couple of packs with you for you day instead of having to carry around bottles.

I didn't experience a full enough cleanse...Only lost a few lbs. Perhaps it's time to try a different brand of cleanse.

Can you say energy? I started the cleanse on a Saturday and I ended up reorganizing my entire Kitchen. You MUST drink plenty water. I didn't mind drinking water, it's good for you.

I bought this product and have been using it for 1 week today. I noticed today some packets have 3 tablets, some 4, some 5. I did not see in the instructions that there are different amounts at different times. There was only a few like this so I assume this was in error. I don’t have anyone to report to. The product is otherwise fine.

I’ve used this product once before, so when i started another cleanse today (a year after my first round of this product) i was shocked when it made me horribly sick. It’s been about 12 hours since i took the first pack of pills, and my stomach still hurts and i only stopped going to the bathroom a few hours ago. Never again.

Not sure if the vitamins really did much (they may in fact have). But we also followed the recommended diet they they suggest you also do. After 2 days of sugar withdraw misery, we felt great. First 2 days were brutal though!
