A much more compact way of connecting a Switch to a TV compared to the dock, which I always fear will break due to the U shaped design.

Really great to take if you travel a lot in place of taking a bulky dock.

Item could be great for travel, but unfortunately, after purchasing two of these cables, neither will output audio and only output video...

I use this cable along with the original Switch power brick to play games on hotel TVs when traveling. It works great!

I got this cable in the hopes of being able to use it with my Switch Lite to record gameplay footage. Unfortunately, I was not able to get it to work with it. I thought maybe I did something wrong with either the app I was using in conjunction, or with the capture card itself. It turns out that wasn’t the case at all. Switch Lites simply aren’t compatible with capture cards unless it’s used with a computer that isn’t a laptop. It was a disappointing realization for sure, but I can’t blame this product for it. If you are looking to record Switch Lite gameplay, either set up a tripod, or set 30 second timers in conjunction with a Micro SD card for file storage. I wish there was a more convenient way, but currently there simply isn’t.
