The interim analysis evaluated 66 patients and their perceptions after use of the Kailo Patch. Interim results showed a statistically significant decrease in pain severity and pain interference scores and an increase in quality of life and patient everyday functions. Patients reported that the Kailo Pain Patch was easy to apply, convenient, and preferred over oral medications. In the observational study of 66 patients, it was found that the majority of patients reported pain relief in less than 5 minutes after applying the Kailo Patch.

Who Manufacture Kailo? Where is made?

Yes, indeed there is such a thing as a “nano capacitor”, however they aren’t used in the manufacture of this product (or, if they are, please give us the name of your “supplier”).  Even if they indeed were used, there isn’t a bona-fide engineer who would even give this phony idea even a chin-scratch. BTW: I have an anti-gravity device that involves a balloon and a fluffy kitty-cat.

Your ad says "like a tens but more affordable".  i just looked at tens and they are all around $30 vs. $500 for kailo.  what am i missing?

They never actually point out a product that costs more, just unsubstantiated generalizations. Even if broken down to individual components, $100 each (5 for $500), is much more that the cost of a decent TENS unit (and the TENS units actually work.) Scam. Snake oil. Avoid with prejudice.
