Oh my goodness, I love this vinegar. Especially for my Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing. Beautiful mild chardonnay tasting vinegar. Can be sued so many ways.

I ordered this on Dec. 15th intending it to be part of a Christmas gift. Estimated arrival date was Dec. 17th which came and went. No vinegar. I requested a cancellation on the 18th which was denied because it was "being prepared for shipping". Fast forward nearly a month later to January 16th and it finally arrived. With a broken seal and vinegar all over the bottle. As I said it's going in the trash.

Best white wine vinegar I’ve ever had! Geoffrey Zakarian always mentioned Chardonnay vinegar But never mentioned a brand . When he finally did I ordered it asap.. will use it forever! Tasty, great aroma, texture and you don’t need to use much. Thanks GZ!!

An upfront oaky bitterness fading into mellow acidity with a sweet white grape finish. Pairs wonderfully with fresh greens. Most people might prefer it with a small amount of sugar when dressing a salad, but I think it needs nothing. The bottle is capped with heavy foil which covers a somewhat loose press fit top that leaked slightly in shipping, but no harm no foul.

Milder than plain vinegar which helps French vinaigrette.
