Cortisol Manager

I would definitely recommend this. I have taken it for 3 months and noticed I sleep better and I also can to deal with my stressful life.

My doctor suggested I try these and at first I thought she was crazy. I took them for two months and they completely changed my life. I go through periods of taking them and then taking a break from them and they're amazing. I'll always come back to them. I slept better, I had more energy throughout the day (goodbye 2pm sleepiness) and I didn't notice any side effects.

I don't review things much, but I feel compelled to just tell folks to try it. I did on kind of a whim and now I feel like my life is: life before CM and life after CM. It has completely adjusted my nervous system. I sleep better, I feel calmer, it's been a huge shift in the last two months. I feel like myself again.

This definitely knocks me out, especially taking two each night. However, I’m still waking up at 5:30 AM to pee (and I feel like a zombie) and I have a hard time going back to sleep. It managed my sugar cravings wonderfully in the beginning, but it definitely has plateaued now. On the advice of my NP, I’m going to try a different company to manage my cortisol, but I’m keeping these on hand in case.

I sleep so well since taking CM. I actually cut it in half after a month and still sleeping well. I would say I feel more relaxed during the day since taking.

Works really good if your a woman and have a hard time sleeping due to hormones changing stress and anxiety. Works so good you have to take a break few days in between it will make you almost to relaxed. I would take this at night then have a cup of coffee in the morning and it didn’t do well together because my cortisol was tooo low causing me to have low energy and crashing when drinking the coffee. I just took a few days break and I was fine feeling great. Now I only take a half of the pill every other day with one magnesium I sleep like a baby.

I can take this for up to 10 days and it absolutely helps me fall asleep, some nights sleep longer, and there's a calmness. However, I also can tell it's doing something to my body because around day 10 I start to feel a little down, more tired, kind of depressed. I think it's the ashwagandha which I've noticed I can't tolerate for long on its own. Could just be it's lowering my cortisol so much it's too low. My sister does great on ashwagandha so I just think people need to try it and see how it goes. I do cycle on and off it because honestly up until about 10 days it works pretty well for my sleep.

I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. First week of taking this supplement and I’ve had a bit of a headache at night, but better sleep, more calm during the day, and I’ve had some relief of my joint and tendon pain. Hoping to lose some of my gut and lower my blood pressure over the coming months.
