Q: How dose it work well dose it work in wintertime? Will it need to be mixed stronger?

Did not work at all for me, The dogs seemed to be attracted to the areas I sprayed.

Q: can you send me the directions/instructions for preparing and applying this concentrate?

Q: as inconsiderates will walk their dogs on my side of street past my lawn, do you know if this will work to keep them away?

This product works like you would not believe. You will need to reapply after a hard rain. I love how it is so helpful without harming the animals. The graduals are also useful because it has a nice scent that not only deters the animals but when they walk in it or roll in it; (not sure why they do that), it gets on their fur, and this I believe, concerns the owner once they get home, it is hard to wash off which encourages the owner not to walk the dogs in your yard again. It is not a bad smell; it has a peppermint scent to it. I use gloves when I apply it only because it takes so long to wash off my hands, (it is not harmful to humans or animals). You will not regret your purchase of this product!!!

Q: will this work on my car bumper for neignbors dog who chews on my bumper when I drive by?

Yikes! I would like to say yes but, it’s kinda hard to imagine your situation. But I can say that I’ve watched out of my window the dog that usually poops in front of my door walks near his usual spot but immediately walks away when he gets a whiff of this stuff. I reapply after heavy rain. It usually lasts for about a week or so if there’s no rain. If I do not reapply in ample time the nuisance dog will make its way back to the spot.
