Q: Are the cables removable? I am concerned about cable theft and am looking for a product with permanent cables.

The cables are not removable by end-users, only when servicing the units.

Q: Can the graphics be customized to provide office logo?

Yes, the floor stands are customizable. Select the standard, pro or deluxe model, depending on your needs (do not select basic, as that model is not customizable). Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email asking for your graphics and we will send you a proof for your approval. Thank you for your interest!

Q: What's the process for customizing the charging station?

Hi there! Once you place your order for the custom charging station, a KwikBoost customer care member will follow up with you via Amazon's messaging portal. You will receive a PDF guide of the formats that are compatible for the KwikBoost graphic design team to create a proof for you to approve. Once you provide this information, we will create a proof for your charging solution. You will have final approval before we start to process your order. As soon as we receive approval, we send it along to the production team to produce your order! Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Q: Can the logo/graphics be changed or updated yearly?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can contact us at 1-800-676-4278 to purchase a graphic swap or a refresh! The graphic swap is a custom graphic swap. The refresh makes the unit like new again by replacing all outdated, worn, damaged or defective components. It also provides an additional year of service coverage and reprinted graphic or all new custom graphic. You have the choice to reuse previous graphics if you already have one, it will just be reprinted and applied if it needs to be replaced.
