The size seems smaller then normal and its not comfortable for long use which is the intended purpose on long flights.

Nice product but too bulky
I don't use neck support pillows normally hence your experience may vary. It is comfortable to wear but the folded unit takes a lot of space in my backpack that I use for travel. I ended up not using it much for that reason. Recommended from a comfort perspective.
