Excellent ice packs and easy to apply takes about five seconds to put it on and you can walk around with it and get things done at the same time. Therefore, I’m much more likely to ice my knees. It works on multiple areas. I have a lot of the big fancy ice packs and there are a lot of work to put on and they take up a lot of room in my freezer. These are small and just perfect and a great price. I highly recommend the product.

These ice packs have been a great buy. They’re simple to wrap on, stay in place while moving around, and the hot/cold relief lasts long enough for a full session. For the price, the quality and convenience feel like a really solid value.
