I needed something to put my watch in when I was on vacation. I’m so glad I bought this plugs in or can run on batteries. It’s quiet. It’s beautiful. It has little pegs on the bottom so it doesn’t roll off the countertop. Product has never worked properly. Works sometimes and most times does not. Now it won’t start at all

The winder is portable, so that's a win. But two stars off for two big design flaws. First, you can't stand the winder straight up when it's on, because the rocker on off isn't recessed and the with it the winder pushes it to the off position. Second, there's not much space between the spinning watch cushion and the winder lid, so thicker watches like Rolex get caught and so won't spin when the lid is closed.
