Fantastic machine that does what it says it will do.
The pole trimmer cuts properly and the 45cc motor is more than big enough to do the job. The customer service and responsive is 2nd to none. They will get back quickly and truly care about meeting your needs to solve issues

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SAW
I highly recommend not to purchase this item !!I bought this saw last year in 2023 for trimming tree limbs etc around our house. First day of running this saw it performed flawlessly. Second day after doing some cutting I filled the tank with fuel again after the saw had stopped running. After filling the saw back up with fuel I havent ben able to get the saw restarted.I tried checked everything out like fuel filter, getting spark to the plug & fuelgetting to or through the carbuerator . The spark was a little week so I reset the e-coil/flywheel gap which made a huge difference in the spark it was getting but still won't start. So I bought a new carb & replaced the original with no success as well. Now I have a dud pole saw that no small engine shop will even concider working on. I have contacted VPABES several Times with no responce to any of my e-mails in regards to this issue & unfortunately my warraty had run out 30 days after puchase so I was SOL as they say!

Wieght an ease of use
This machines a beast..the oversized motor tears thru limbs like butter...it's a little awkward at first till you get use to it but we'll worth the price...

Good price
Works ok, but can't figure out how to use it with the shorter segments. I don't always need the 16 ft length

This machine is worth every penny!! Starts on 1st. Or 2nd pull. Not for commercial use but for around the house you can not go wrong. I used to rent from Home Depot once a year…….so it pays for itself in no time! BUY IT

A Creative Useful Product...
It is OKAY but it is heavy.For an active man of 73 yrs. I say that.Guess it is worth the buy?Very good product though.One should buy it off Amazon.
