Too thin but it works with my modification
I bought this seat for my Exerpeutic 500 Gold Heavy Duty Foldable Exercise Bike because the seat provided with the 500 is way too hard and I can only tolerate it for short periods of time. My tailbone would really start to hurt after just 20 minutes or so (about 3 miles) . The Domain bike seat seemed like a possible solution so I gambled the $37 asking price. The seat is very easy to install and fits well. Initially it allowed me to use the bike up to 30 minutes before the tailbone pain kicked in. This was still not acceptable so I tried a little experiment.I placed a few layers of packing bubble wrap with the small bubbles up under the Domain seat cover so it would fit between the seat cover and the bike seat. It was a bit lumpy and the seat cover started moving around on the bike seat so I made the drawstring as tight as possible and that held the seat cover in place and smoothed out most of the lumps. With this modification in place I can now use the bike for almost an hour before I have to get off and my tail bone hardly hurts at all now.I am not suggesting to use this solution , rather I am just mentioning what I did to solve the problem. You must decide for yourself what works best for you.In summary the seat is too thin , at least for my 275 pounds, and the gel padding should be , in my opinion, at least 3 inches thick instead of 1 inch.

Good, no complaints
Agree with other reviewers this is probably the best cushion.

Comfortable, nicely made--- gel not foam
I use this on top of the large seat on my recumbent road bike. It sits on top of the foam seat and really does not move -- straps not needed. It is a bit firmer than the foam and works great. This gel pad is a good solution. I ride about 6,000 miles/year. My wife has one also and she is picky and does like it. It does not absorb rain the way the foam seat does. If it rains and the cover gets wet I put it in the sun and it drys out quickly and it shields the foam seat from getting wet. After a year of use it does not show any wear or indents from sitting on it for well over 500 hours.

Does NOT fit the Teeter Recumbent Elliptical!
I have no idea why this pad is sold with the Teeter Recumbent Elliptical. The elliptical has a bicycle seat. This pad is rectangular. Because of this, the righting cord has no benefit. The pad slides off easily. It does provide comfortable padding at least until it flattens out permanently. This pad is very overpriced and not a good fit for the Teeter. NOT recommended for this, but it might be nice for anything with a square seat.

Prevent DVT
The bike seat isn't designed for my old body. The additional cession really helps
