what brand is it ?? qiyi?

This certainly does not appear to be QiYi based on packaging and quality. I bought it because I love stickerless and have several QiYi stickerless 3x3 including their windmill shape mod. I opened this, scrambled, solved, and put back in box to return. It feels cheap and doesn't turn smoothly. You can also see seams on the individual parts. (Looks cheap). Unfortunately.
