Q: How do you make it stay on? Mine turns off after about 20 seconds

if you use the automatic remote and it will heat up and put out fog then turn it off, cool down, and put out fog again. the machine needs to turn off to cool down before it put out fog again. This fog machine should have two remote options 1 is manually and the other one automatic. see the manual it gives you more detailed information.
