No, it is just a treatment for the rubber seal around windows and the slide-out seals.

Q: How is this different from 3-in-one rvcare slide-out silicone lube with smart straw sprays 2 ways?

Slide out silicone is used for the workings and gears on the slide out not for the rubber seals.

Q: Anyone try this on sun/moon roof seals/tracks?

I tried this product on my 68 VW Hatchback and it did the job. Not only dose it close and open smoothly the small leak is no longer there when I take it to the car wash.

Q: is this considered a dry spray or does it stay wet and drip all over?

It is a wet spray. the only time it dripped was when I used the nozzle. But if the nozzle was not used it had a larger spray area and is easier to control run off or drips
