Hampton Forge Epicure Bread Knife, Black

Great knife. Ridiculously inexpensive but crazy durable. I’ve bought 3 now and given away two of them. My first one I’ve had over a year and just honed it. It’s never needed sharpening. The blade itself is super thin and while that may sound like a bad thing, it’s quite the opposite. If you have a lot to cut, the lessoned weight is great against fatigue and being able to hold it better for safety. The back edge is quite sharp so I’ve just mildly filed a round over and it’s good to go. I barely break out the expensive German steel anymore. I figure if I ever do in fact break it, the replacement is super cheap.

very sharp and nicely made.....I particularly like this particular knife as it serves multiple uses......great for chopping as well as great for cutting and trimming meat and poultry.....

I love this knife! It keeps an edge and the handle does not slip even when wet.The price is super low compared to others.This is my third knife this size. The reason why is the other two had the tips broken off (shame on me for treating like a can opener or screw driver). Just be careful not to poke anything

Knives are sharp and the grip is great! These not only look nice but are a great value.

I lost my Henckels knives in a divorce. Since I'm on a tight budget now I ordered this inexpensive utility knife. I was shocked at how good of a knife it is especially for the price. Was I brainwashed to believe I had to spend hundreds of dollars for a good knife?

The butcher block is pretty, but it is really bulky. Not sure why it's so big. In the pic, I have it next to the I replaced just to provide context.
