Q: Will the cookie sheet set deform when heated in a high-temperature oven? How much high temperature can it withstand?

Yes, they are very thin so I can hear them warping in my oven.

Q: Do these cookie pans easy to scratch?

They are made of carbon steel, and non-stick, but I would imagine they would scratch if used with metal utensils. I use parchment paper and non-metal utensils.

Q: Will these baking pans rust? I bought the goodcook bakeware and it rusted in less than a month

Yes. Mine rusted after first wash before even using them so I returned them

Q: Are the wide sides of this pan easy to grip?

These pans are fabulous! Yes they are easy to grip and so far nothing has stuck to them. Love the size assortment too.
